CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand wash and thoroughly dry. Avoid dishwasher. Clean immediately, especially after cutting salty or acidic foods like tomatoes and citrus. Regularly apply a light coat of mineral oil or cooking oil using a paper towel.
