• BLADE WITH A PURPOSE - Smooth, fine edges are given a kullenschliff edge by grinding slightly oval depressions in a row along the side of the blade, just above the edge. This type of edge allows a thinner, more precise cut.
• WHAT’S INCLUDED - Includes an 8” double-bolstered, pointed carving & slicing knife, plus a full 7” heavy-weight bolstered fork. The sturdy fork holds the meat securely in place & is used to easily transfer carved meat from a serving plate.
